Mobile Enrollment Self Serve Instructions:
- Download Mobile App from the link below.
- Login to the Mobile App.
- Enter your email and PIN when prompted on your phone or tablet.
- For Apple devices, if prompted select "Allow While Using" then "Allow Always" the requested permissions for Location and Motion & Fitness or else the protection software won't be enabled.
- **We do not collect your Location or Motion & Fitness data, but need these permissions in order for the BlackCloak app to continually protect you and optimize battery.
- For Android devices "Allow" the Stop Optimizing Battery Usage.
